Q - Who Should Avoid Using Unwind™ Massage Products?

A - Refrain from using this product if you use the following medical electronic devices:

1) Heart pacemakers and other implantable medical electronic devices 2) Artificial heart and lungs and other life-supporting medical electronic devices 3) Electrocardiographs and other medical electronic devices

These medical electronic devices may cause malfunctions and can be life-threatening.

Usage under the following conditions is prohibited:

1) Malignant tumor patients 2) Patients with bleeding tendency 3) Pregnant women and lying-in women 4) Acute suppurative inflammation patients 5) Heart pacemaker users 6) Patients with metal implant near the heart


Q - What should be noted before usage?

A - To get the best experience from our products, please make sure the electrode plates are closely attached to your skin. Tie up any loose hair and take off necklaces before use. For optimal performance: wet a towel and moisten your neck before use.


Q - Does the neck massager work?

A - Yes it does! TENS technology is approved by the FDA to relieve muscle stiffness and promote recovery. With 15 levels of intensity, you can start at the lowest level and work your way up to find your optimal massage experience. Q - How should I clean the neck massager?

A - Wipe down the metal plate and device with a wet paper towel or disinfectant cotton. Wait for it to air dry before use. DO NOT wash it directly under water or clean it when the device is turned on.
